Visual art is my passion – whether I conceptualize a campaign-shooting, work on a magazine spread, or develop a digital design for the world online.
I’m a 360° Art Director specialized in fashion and lifestyle brands as
well as editorial and corporate publishing.
In Los Angeles I’ve graduated in Journalism and Design Communication Arts at UCLA. While working for weekly magazines in the beginning, I’ve learned a lot about story-telling and how to work under pressure. Later, when I moved onto glossy magazines, I fell in love with the beauty and importance of the detail and learned how things relate to each other in a good design. I’ve worked for several publishing houses before I’ve extended my skills as related to the fashion industry and also online-media.
My services include creative consulting, art direction
for photo- and film productions, content-marketing, branding, graphic-design, and web-design.
I provide branding and marketing solutions to executives, support to management teams, inspiring ideas to entrepreneurs and guidance to creatives to ensure that design and content will reach the target.
I’ve realized projects for following entities, EMOTION, FASHIONHOTEL, FLAIR, GALA, GRAZIA, IN TOUCH, JAZZIZ, LIFE& STYLE, LUXODO, MASCULIN, PKZ and WOMEN’S HEALTH.
And worked with publishing houses such as AHEADMEDIA,
ANKERHERZ, BAUER, EMOTION VERLAG, GRUNER&JAHR, KLAMDT, MOTOR PRESSE and UCM Corporate Publishing .
I’m happy to have worked with talented photographers, including Alexander Straulino, Markus Lambert, Marcel Gonzales-Ortiz and
Gisi Rameken, well-known models such as Franziska Knuppe, Werner Schreyer, Hillary Rhoda, Jason Morgan, Mini Anden, Ollie Edwards, Diana Gärtner, Tommy Dunn, Maximiliano Patane, Sophie Gehrmann, Jon Kortajarena, Ana Beatriz-Baros and visionaries in the field of publishing as Tom Junkersdorf, Andreas Volleritsch, Nicolaus Zott, Okka Rohd and Peter Praschl.
Currently I work as freelance Art Director and Creative Consultant for UCM Corporate-Publishing and PAUL KEHL ZÜRICH.
Along the way I always get inspired. Life is in flux and constantly moving. With the blog I love I want to capture some of its volatility and share my perceptions, so they won’t slip away unnoticed and unused.
