ABOUT THE BRAND

For over 30 years, MAISON MOLLERUS has been synonymous with high-quality handbags, small leather goods, luggage, and accessories. With a core range of approximately 200 handcrafted products, the brand expands its offerings twice a year with seasonal collections. Since its founding in 1984, Maison Mollerus has partnered with artisanal production facilities in Ticino and Italy, ensuring that every bag, wallet, and piece of luggage reflects exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design, and enduring quality.

THE PROJECT

In 2021, I was commissioned to develop a comprehensive brand campaign for Maison Mollerus’ innovative capsule collection crafted from sustainable apple leather. The objective was to modernize the brand’s visual identity and attract a younger, environmentally conscious audience, while maintaining relevance and trust among its established customer base.

The campaign spanned product photography, key visuals, on-body imagery, editorial storytelling, and newsletter design — creating a cohesive, cross-channel brand experience. Each touchpoint was carefully crafted to increase engagement, elevate the digital shopping journey, and reinforce the brand’s positioning in the luxury accessories market.

As part of the project, I also led a full redesign of the online shop, focusing on both aesthetic clarity and user experience. The new homepage introduces a refined split-screen navigation, allowing users to seamlessly explore the core collection alongside the apple leather capsule line.

In a later stage, selected campaign visuals were further developed and refined using AI-assisted image production, including Adobe Firefly and nano banana, enabling a more flexible and contemporary visual language while maintaining a high-end editorial standard.
